DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
No, we do not accept insurance at this time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment will be collected through a secure, in-voice system called Square prior to the initial consultation. Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo. Square also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Do you accept clients under the age of 18?
No, our coaching and consultation services are for adults who are 18 and older.
Do you accept clients who recently had Surgery?
Yes, but we always thoroughly review your intake form to determine your appropriateness for our services. We want to make sure we’re the right fit for you.
What is the difference between a consultation and rehabilitation/Coaching?
You receive many of the same benefits with both services: comprehensive history, detailed evaluation, movement analysis, and customized exercises. However, concierge and remote rehabilitation and coaching services give you continued communication with us for a month while we work together on your weekly program. With the consultation, you’ll need to schedule additional follow-up appointments (think of it more like the traditional model you’re used to with a trainer or physical therapist).
Do i get to choose my coach?
You may choose a preference, but selection is not gauranteed. All of our team members are highly capable, so we’ll try to provide you with the best fit based on availability, as well as your history and goals.
